Descripción:Introduction: The self-assessment of the quality of higher education is a strategy for continuous improvement at all levels. The direction of the Ministry of Education allows us to follow an appropriate route and compare the standards achieved with those desired. Objective: to describe the continuous improvement product of the self-assessment processes in the Health Administration program of the University of Córdoba, 2011 to 2020. Methodology: descriptive, mixed retrospective study applying a checklist through observation and collection of documents as evidence of compliance of features. Electronic survey to obtain information on perception of processes and procedures. Results: The factors: Mission and Institutional Educational Project have a compliance higher than 90%; Students 100%, teachers went from 81 to 93.7%; academic processes from 76 to 88%; University Well-being, Internationalization and research from 92 to 94%. In addition, progress has been made in the number and qualification of teachers, an increase in formative research and practices developed, advances in academic productivity reflected in the number of research papers, articles, book chapters, research group recognized by Minciencias, increase in number of presentations, holding meetings for graduates and academic events organized by and for students and graduates of the program. Improvement in Saber Pro results. Conclusions: Among the benefits of institutional Accreditation processes, the culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement is strengthened. Procedures for obtaining and/or renewing the qualified registration ex officio or administrative way by the Ministry of National Education. Additional points in the evaluation criteria of public calls for research projects. Additional points for job calls and contests for our graduates. Participation of the University in public calls of public or private institutions for the application of knowledge tests for the election of general secretary of municipal, district and assemblies, municipal representative, municipal, district and departmental comptroller.
