In a second moment, the factors and symptoms of the burnout syndrome will be shown, according to some authors such as Bosqued, M. (2008) and Gil-Monte (2011). In addition, support the importance of research for PROFIED and for UNED. Regarding the methodological part, explain how to achieve the objectives, approaches, sources of information, collection techniques. Epistemological considerations about definitions, factors, symptoms and manifestations of burn syndrome. Finally, the example of the survey to apply for people in charge of Chair and / or Program. |
