Descripción: | In higher education, teachers must exercise effective leadership that motivates students to develop their cognitive and social skills. The present study focuses on obtaining information through the survey method, regarding the perception of the students of the School of Management Sciences regarding the leadership traits and image of the teacher for the year 2022. With a quantitative approach and factorial correlational design, the main objective is to analyze the relationship between personal branding and transformational leadership of the teacher, through the evaluation of indicators and their key characteristics. |
