Continuous Improvement in Final Graduation Projects: an experience from 2019 to 2021

Descripción: | Introduction: In 2019, a university major carried out a diagnosis of the educational situation of the graduation projects. Objective: To analyze the impact on the improvement actions implemented in graduation projects, in the years 2019 to 2021. Method: Mixed approach, qualitative predominance; surveys, interviews, databases review and experiences analysis. Results: The diagnosis showed deficiencies in educational materials and knowledge. Six recommendations emerged from the diagnosis and the proposal; they were fulfilled between 2020 and 2021. The proposal applied improved work completion times and final grades. Conclusions and recommendations: This process requires continuous improvement; it implies additional efforts to achieve educational goals. |
