Descripción:The inappropriate behavior of some students affects peace and coexistence in schools, making it crucial to create conducive environments for peaceful coexistence in educational institutions. 'Culture of peace' is defined as ways of relating peacefully by respecting differences, adopting various perspectives, improving relationships, and constructively resolving conflicts. This article addresses the analysis of peace and coexistence in schools, focusing on its manifestation within mathematics, English, and social studies classes. Through a qualitative action research methodology, specific situations of coexistence and interaction contexts are described in an educational community consisting of 24 high school teachers. Findings indicate that educational skills for conflict resolution are fundamental. The main conclusion is that school coexistence strategies have a positive impact on the quality of students' lives, improving their emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, and academic performance.
