Περιγραφή:Universities have the strategic task of transforming their local and regional environment to be in tune with the demands of the modern world and solve the problems facing society. This article aims to analyze the commitment of the Instituto Superior Politécnico Maravilla Benguela (ISPMB) to improve the quality of services to meet the demand of companies in Benguela, Angola. To do this, surveys were applied to the people involved to collect the required information, with a mixed approach and exploratory-descriptive scope. Thus, it is concluded that in the ISPMB, despite knowing the importance of the university-company link, the actions it carries out to respond to its commitment to companies are still deficient, for which it needs to draw up policies and strategies for its continuous improvement.
