| Miêu tả: | Research topics in the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica (1989-2010). The Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica is one of the major Latin American and although his work has focused on teaching, production has also been a in the area of research. I studied the research output of five divisions of the university (CIDED, CIG, CIAC, CEMPA and PROIFED). I collected 282 digital and printed documents produced from 1989 through 2010, of which 180 are articles or books (102 were internal reports and were not considered in my analysis). The topics with more publications are the use of technology in distance education (29%) and those related to distance education and learning (14%). Most are based on the design and production of educational materials, student dropout, and evaluation of learning and teaching materials. Empirical and theoretical approaches are rare. |
