Opis:The article resumes the proposal and results of a research on the pedagogical mediation processes in two training experiences of community management teams, who investigate the community historical memory with oral sources. The study is qualitative, from the interpretative paradigm and the ethnographic type. Also, the topics investigated are the socio-educational profile of the participants, the learning contents, methods and techniques of learning and the results of the pedagogical mediation process and participatory research. Is possible appreciate how works the cultural democracy, the didactic of participation and social learning, showing a socio-affective learning such as collaborative work, community advocacy and effective participation with involvement.
