Описание:Introduction Present contribution adds, from an administrative perspective, to the knowledge about one of primary social groups of national reality, Community Development Associations, brought to life as promoters of development in orders required by the communities.  Goal Analyze spectrum about projects developed by Community Development Associations according to the monetary channels provided by regulations and Costa Rican Public Treasury.   Methodology The thematic approach, in absence of a theoretical scheme referring to said social groups from the qualitative-administrative perspective, once the techniques of documentary analysis were applied to primary sources and structured interview.  Results   Communal movement results in a social force that uses resources from public budget to carry out the proposals that mitigate or eradicate the underdevelopment causes from its original base. These resources come from the income, being the main economic tools to achieve tasks for every Community Development Association. Conclutions Although the government support for communalism is visible through financing - without consideration - by the economic source provided in the Community Development Law 3859, also noted that the proposals subject to this support aren´t the product of a comprehensive analysis that assesses possible socioeconomic impacts once they are put into operation.
