We will present several policy inputs of Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, by way of example, with the purpose of viewing the regulation of this signature and its subsequent effects. Additionally, this paper provides a useful glossary and the respective bibliography. |
