| Descripción: | Este artículo tiene como propósito central concebir el escenario posible del desempeño profesoral en la enseñanza en una institución de formación docente. Se toman como referentes las opiniones emitidas por los sujetos informantes de una investigación relacionada con el desempeño profesoral en los ámbitos de enseñanza e investigación que en la actualidad se realiza en el Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas, núcleo de la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL), específicamente, en el Departamento de Pedagogía. Las aseveraciones emitidas por los informantes han permitido abordar los siguientes aspectos: (a) ¿cuál es la formación que demanda el profesorado del Departamento de Pedagogía?; (b) ¿cómo debería efectuarse el proceso de supervisión y orientación que solicitan los integrantes de este departamento?; (c) para lograr la vinculación de las funciones básicas de docencia e investigación ¿cuál debe ser la formación y el incentivo que debe tener el profesorado del departamento de pedagogía en la promoción como investigador?; (d) ¿cómo debe ser concebido el proceso de evaluación de manera que contribuya al mejoramiento del desempeño profesoral? y (e) en atención a las interrogantes anteriores, ¿cuáles podrían ser las condiciones deseables que deben prevalecer para el desempeño profesoral en la enseñanza? The main purpose of this article is to project the scenario possible of the professorial acting in an institution the teaching of educational formation. She takes like base the preliminary manifestations emitted by the informants of an investigation, related with the professorial acting in the teaching and investigation at present in carrying out an the Caracas Pedagogical Institute, the foundational center of the Liberator Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL), specifically, in the Department of Pedagogy. Such asseverations have admitted to approach the following aspects: (a) ¿ which it is the formation that the faculty of the Department of Pedagogy demands?; (b) ¿how it should be that supervision process and orientation that the members of this department request?; (c) to achieve the linking of the basic functions ¿which the formation and motivation that he/she should have him faculty of the pedagogy department like investigator should be?; (d) ¿how should the evaluation process that allows the improvement of the professorial acting be? and (e) in attention to the previous queries, ¿which could the desirable conditions that should prevail of the professorial acting in the teaching be? |
