| Beskrivelse: | The recent development and use of storable plant-produced asphalt mixtures in order to be used in cold patching and other emergency road repairs in Venezuela does not have yet a production and quality control specification. The product has been evaluated by laboratory tests that have not been developed for this type of mixture neither for its use, and this has produced equivocal results, even leading to product rejection. For this reason, a technical specification was developed for the production and control processes of storable asphalt mixtures, as well as a specific procedure proposal in order to properly test the product. |
