Omschrijving:His article critically reviews major international weaknesses around the conception, strategies and programmes mostly identified for the sustainable development of nations and the planet itself. It identifies above all, huge improvisations in terms of direction and planning processes of institutional and social management on this field both in developed as well as in developing nations. It does offer an interpretative clarification of the existing juridical framework in Costa Rica which allows maximum governability of such processes, placing a particular emphasis upon the “Ley Orgánica del Ambiente”, which should suffice for an effective fight towards sustainable growth if only three minor political-administrative interpretations are agreed upon its whole contents.
