| Περιγραφή: | eacher training is interesting in the academic field and society. This is so because the implications it has on pedagogical practice and, consequently, on students learning. In this report we speak about some elements of initial and continuous training in Venezuelan mathematics teachers: the structures of initial training and its contents, emphasizing the relationships between components of pedagogical and mathematical training, and its links to professional practice; continuous training and the role of research in teachers training and its professional development in Primary and Secondary Education. We start from a historical contextualization, viewing the current reality and emphasizing recent actions, and then we state the main challenges in the near and medium term future regarding teachers training in mathematics. |
