Descripción:To determine the views of teachers and students of the School of Nutrition, on processesteaching and learning, a survey was conducted and analyzed based on the theory of metaphors. the resultsshow the teacher about knowledge conception of his role as teacher and obligations and characteristics ascribed to the student. Among the opinionsstudents, emphasize its way into the processto learn and keep him and his feelings towards the role ofteacher and himself. In this context, evaluates the theoretical and methodological courses, student obligations and expectations of professionals, based on their prejudices about his course. Itconcludes that the belief system that defines the praxisTeaching is unidirectional, joined materialsinstruction and institutional ideology that fostersfantasy that teaching work overcomes the anxieties and hopes of his work.
