Descripción:Every process of curricular modification, is featured by contradictions. However, most of the times it is purposed to invisibilize those contradictions to show the process as harmonious. This paper is aimed to approach to disclosure and intepretation of some elements which mediate the curricular changes, and contradictions are reflected in that. The glance of this situations embraces four rituals –as author assests– as the most important. The rite of gestation purposes to capt those moments of the aim-need to reform the curriculum, its first expressions. The second rite is the one related with the legitimation that disclose in such a way the contradictions uttered in the process. The approval makes explicit the moment the faculty of an school is in charge of the changes. Finally, the rite of recreation of the reform practices that states many basic ideas in order to the succes of the reform.
