الوصف:This article corresponds to a research of the management on the inclusion process of children with special educational needs in four independent kinder gardens. For the investigation were taken as base the following objectives: To analyze the process that manages the school, in relation to the inclusion of children with special educational needs, in regular groups of preschool education and to design a proposal with intervention strategies and mediation, to supervise the inclusion of children in regular groups of preschool education.The methodology used for the study is quantitative descriptive. The conclusions obtained highlight the need for management in the schools in the study of having diverse supervision strategies in the process of inclusion of children with special educational needs in childcare centers as well as recognize various criteria to select suitable personnel for working with children with special educational needs. Completing the study with a proposal for intervention where the manager in his role of supervisor recognizes the institutional needs and translate them into the operational plan to meet the rights of children with special educational needs.
