Descripción:This study proposes new challenges that arise during the teaching practice stage and stems from analysis of students and teachers, the actual protagonists of the teaching-learning process. This study is based on a mixed methodology using documentary observation techniques that focus on review of available secondary source information and a survey of the relevant faculty through an online survey. Results reveal a reduction in communication skills and an increase in parallel work activities. A more flexible, communicative practice has been emerging among teachers to encourages collaborative work. Teaching practices that adhere to a constructivist model, have been modified as we confront new conditions and learning scenarios.
