Deskribapena:Taking as theoretical reference the liberating pedagogical plan proposed by Paulo Freire, this paper present theanalyzes the indicators that reveal a crisis of freedom in the national education model, from the perspective of the teacher, the student and the governing body of secondary education: the Ministry of Education. The poor training and attitudes of the teachers and the bad planning of the educational policies are some of the topics implicit throughout this document.
