Descripción:ABSTRACT: This presentation is about video tutorials in physics and the importance of establishing a methodology that contributes to the learning of this discipline. This implies that the teaching team understands not only how the student learns physics, but also which learning strategies the students require for the synchronous video tutoring sessions. To systematize this experience, a questionnaire was applied to 51 students to know their perception about a) the methodology that their physics teachers were using, b) the reasons for not participating synchronously and c) the reasons they consider most likely for not participating. speaking or using chat during video tutorials. Based on the questionnaire applied and the recommendations of a tutor highlighted by the students' feedback, a methodology proposal was designed to implement video tutoring in physics (theory) subjects. This proposal was validated with the teaching team of the Physics Department through a focus group. Among the main results, the need to plan each of the video tutorials that are implemented in physics subjects stands out, the importance of the learning environment, the appropriate use of time during the development of the video tutorials, as well as the approach of problems of increasing difficulty.
