| תיאור: | A modification to the classical urease method is proposed. Dosage of blood ureic nitrogen and glucose can be made with 0.25 ml of capillary blood. The use of phosphate-urease solution is suggested as a source of the enzyme. This technique standardizes the amount of enzyme, therefore avoiding error. The 420 mμ, blue filter is used for both photocolorometric determinations. |
